i doubt its an exact number like .50% i imagine its more of a parabolic equation, as you gain more its less affective (seems to level off around 140 in my experience)

Yes, correct Paul said that a week ago but they do keep increasing only the crit chance will improve less, the enhanced damage on the critical hits remains the same.

I have no idea on breakpoints for them, maybe immortalwombat's might be right

hm paul tried to explain it a week ago or so in a topic
its like a logarithmus or so (dunno if its the correct word in eng too...) so the added chances on a critical will go lower, but +% dmg on a crit will constantly go up

Yes it keeps decreasing at each level, dont know how much per level.
