I was welling down 2 trap doors a couple weeks back during one of of the TD events and got completely rekt. I was level 36 and had around 3200/3800 life at the point and tossed in a lvl 40 reg heal. 3 rounds of combat later, I was dead. It was not one of those monsters that are harder because it rolled ee, the dude dropped nothing at all of any interest :P

I dont think that's how it works, but welling in a trap door does add monster difficulty tho.
