According to that logic, if there are fewer teleport traps, wouldn't that free up spaces for EPs or TCs? I would think that would be a plus

That is true, fewer TDs = more chance of an EP or TC to spawn.
But my reference was to Warm Lights, and I practically Auto cross out anything to TDs, so thanks for bringing that to fruition.
