I well Tier III items up.

Depends on clvl + tier lvl (not below 10 lvls lower than clvl) and kill speed in 15 actions = Maximum Prof gain.
Reverse is for Healing only, higher lvl vs lower lvl item put in well, make sure you have around 50% hitpoints... heal until max prof gain, kill off well monster, shrine, whistle to get hit points down again, put low level item in well, heal to max prof gain, kill off, repeat & Rinse.

Welling is the best way to get prof points if you know what you are doing.
