It's kind of pointless to do Tier 3 stat equipment. This isn't like sc where there are unspawnables.

Well there's a tier 3 dex charm listed. Why not str? ^^ str > dex @those levels.

Well, even if there is. I still think it's kind of pointless to do Tier 3 equipment, unless it is EE.

what you think doesnt matter in this case

its a list of hardcores best items

therefor there must be a best item for each tier concerning dex/str/ee regardless if its pointless to have this listed or not
i think you use more at levels 1-5 than an ee weapon/charm
