from what i know this would still only max out at 10/36/5% even with 40+ ML. i could be mistaken as nothing is 100% known in this game but ML can potentially makes good drops better, rather than making failed drops into sexy drops ^^
ML would have also given it a chance for angelic and if the last mod was crit/life steal/ML coulda been nice that way i suppose ;)
