+x% Magic Luck Effectiveness.

Conclusion:
So, you won't get an Overspawn mod without any +# Magic Luck item on.
The +x% Magic Luck Effectiveness works like before Overspawn was introduced.

Still would be nice if this was cleared up.

Omg these heated debates. I suppose the scaling is much higher than it appears for event modifiers like + % magic luck effectiveness because if it's as it seems 9% of say 5 magic luck isn't a difference especially if u round down but if that 9% actually represents something higher than maybe it's definitely cool. Who knows. Still something is better than nothing :D . :thumbsup:

Been finding a lot of perfect or 1 off perfect +Life / Mana Regen gear. Just shrined a level 10 robe with 7 Life regen (think 9 is perfect though, not sure)... mind you, that is Murphy for me... I don't want LR/MR items, so I find decent ones... crazy, why not stat / ee gear... :D

If I even bothered skilling, maybe I would, but then I have a major test with prof gain going on. Done 4 tests, just guardian with base melee stats, I will have to compare this with other character classes with higher melee stats as well, so this test will take a ton of time.

Basically the tests done by some others don't even compare the different Base stats of classes vs same weapon type etc. Just like someone trying to test prof gain using Sword with a Rogue that has less strength than a Fighter etc.

i can give u 700 tier 3 magical essence and you can test it
use 350 with event bonus and 350 without and compare

Bin all t3 ess you dont need <3 dont waste it on rex testing things everyone else knows. I need it for suffing
