To be honest, if all 7 mods were % to Prof Cap (even @ 10%), then I would rate it as 70/10... or is it 7/10? Damn 700% more so 70/10 is final.

+ Warm lights are just NULL & void as a warm light takes up a Cell in the maze where you could get either a Monster (norm/ep), TC or an objective spawn... fuck spins and TDs also, you don't gain anything from those.
so in actual fact... my rating was based on just the 3 mods I find useful, and yes % Prof Gain is the dominant one out of the 3, where I can say gave a 3 rating, I gave the 80% EP spawn 3 rating and the Map mod is a bonus
