If paul didn’t give so much to complain about there wouldn’t be any complaining. Haven’t had a single item stat boost event in LITERALLY 3 months but we can’t get a bullshit 101 mod 7 of 8 events in a month? He changes the MD spawn rate and we haven’t gotten it since the change along with monster life or base MD either



And I haven’t, but that’s not going to stop me from complaining about these bullshit events. Why don’t you pull out the “any event is better than no event” bullshit too.

Remove events all together. Would be a better game.

You need to remember that events can easily be removed. We finally got them back, and the only thing u do is sit there and complain and complain.
These events are just something extra for all of us, just because you think it's shit than please keep that for urself, these events doesnt hurt anyone in any way, but they will be removed if more complaints are being thrown in here.

The only events I can see hurting people are the (very high numbers) increased monster difficulty, but Paul was quick to nerf those so it really shouldn't be an issue.
But then again we have some people who love to complain about absolutely anything they can think of, best to just ignore those people

Any of you guys ever think about how long some of us has have been playing this game for with such a small community. It’s kinda crazy to think about imo

Wrong way to put it, it isn't about hating the event, in this case, it is about the consistency of 101 event mod (could be any other mod) that basically removes the chances of a DIFFERENT event mod to be chosen out of the list... I agree what ToughGuy_TJ stated below. Even though I never ever liked events, but they are here to stay, so I adapt to see how it can benefit current players and their reasons for playing.

Personally I don't care about events as stated above, but, I would like to see different mods in the events.

Instead of a random selection out of the ENTIRE list for EVERY event, how about a "removal" of what was selected in the previous event and randomly select new mods (remaining on the list) for next event. Repeat this until there are no more mods to choose and RESET the full list for random selection... rinse and repeat.

This still gives random selection for events, but, you will NEVER see the same mod appear consecutively (well, maybe once in a new Reset list it could happen).

Remember... this is a suggestion, not a complaint.

Omega event:

Increase monster damage
Increase trap rate
Increase drop quality/quantity
Decrease wells/increase monster difficulty/greatly increase item quantity/quality
Decrease treasure chests but greatly increase quantity/quality
Increase odds of finding a quest
Increase quest monster damage and increase drop quantity/quality

Increase room sizes and increase map drop quality
