Feel like it’s pretty rare to see something with 7 stats and every single one couldn’t possibly be any worse. even if it is a level 3

its not rare at all.. this is literally a daily occurrence especially at t3

First higher level armor with EE and then there is the missing 0 at the end of the EE value
