im new to the forum and im about to start my first ladder slasher character. i just wanted to say that i think it's cool that you're still posting actively in this old of a thread. kudos to you on that. i love a community like this one. any tips for a new guy?

Definitely read the guides. I would go with a fighter or barbarian.
Ee weapons and armors(not robes) upgrading every 10 levels.
Charm depends on the type of weapons you are going to use.

how many people play, would you say? is it in seasons i guess, how many per season? active daily? anything you might know about the population
will i earn FG by playing? if so, then when/how? auction house i guess but what level can i expect that to work? if at all?

the goal is try something new/earn fg, equally important, so i'm wondering how active people are etc.

OH and how should i stat a barb. tyia.
