EPs are supposed to drop an item guranteed now, correct? I just had a 0 drop from a single EP @ lvl 58. No abilities used in defeating it.

Nope, just a higher chance to drop something. From previous patch notes:

Evil Presences have a higher chance to drop at least one item

Concur.

Can we change the Feeder 2 key MQ feature BACK to the 3 key MQ feature? I would rather fail to gain the max 10 stat points than passing and double the amount of MQs to gain them. Note: drunk, may have the maths incorrect, but, with a fail on feeder, you know that you gain 1 stat point per failed attempt... so a Samurai is like 2 attempts to gain the same 1 stat point... BUT, you have to go to level 73.... 2 extra levels and so and so.

How does Jub work now? I was sitting in town for like 30 mins, level 65 with a 1% to next level up... thing is, I FORGOT that I had a +1 Jub item on at the time, and after 10 minutes... I was still level 65 with 1% to next level.

Am I forgetting something here with Jub... aren't you supposed to sit in town and gain XP (%) over time?. Note: Live version 1.30.6

EDIT: removed item because I do NOT want to gain xp from sitting in town.
Item I was referring to:

Arcane focused heal XIV, Heals: 111 to 133, +3 Vitality, +1% Experience Gained, +1% Damage Return, +1% Critical Flux, +11% Quick Draw, +1 Jubilance

It would take hours to gain 1% xp with 1 jub :P

Are you 100% certain of this? I can sit and regen 1 point of life per 1 sec if I had under the base of 25 vitality? is there something different in Jub coding?

+ Jubilance While in town, gives you +1 experience per second for each point in Jubilance you have. It does not work above level 70.

Jubilance now gives +Experience every time you hit a monster, calculated as roughly Jubilance * Monster Difficulty %

It's 1,000,000 EXP points per level, 1 Jubilance on your charm over 10 minutes is just 600 seconds. That's 600 exp out of 1 million. No, not close to 1%.

Nice to know... thanks for the clarification. May have to test this with the individual monster experience (NOT the 1-3% you see).

Searched MP for 90ee min weapons and there are 2 items.
One is a 9xee dagger, the other is a tier1 white sword.
