Well, if we made everything subjective, it could cause many problems with the list. So they stick to main tangible stats. Because many items with many different mods can make cases for actually maybe possibly being better, but that just leads to many variables. So just having basic tangible measures makes it easier to create a good list.

I understand your point and how your armor can possibly be better but for the sake of having a solid list without arguing over subjective topics. It is usually not ran like that. At least that is my opinion.
