Hmm, I checked the Statute of Kansas and the Site Disclaimer based on my own experience as a Managing Director in our company dealing with Broadcasting / Advertising legal requirements with our Company website servicing our clients and the recipients in our country and Australia, and if the proper keywords are used, the Statutes in Kansas would apply that the portals should be changed with updated material, or change it so that 16 characters be re-instated.

But, as I stated previously, I am not going to fuss about this because I want to continue playing this game, but, it would be nice that some information can be updated in this matter. If I get banned for posting this information, then so be it, as I stated, I wanted to ignore it... but there are a majority of people that love the game and would like some form of information regarding this matter.

On the lighter side of things, if I get banned for posting this information, most of the LS community won't be hurt by it...

There are a ton of factors you have missed with your statement, and the key one is that Kevin stipulated the "Site Disclaimer" and the fact that in the disclaimer based on the United States of America Law and that of the State of Kansas, it should have been changed in the portals. But what do I know, I am just a person that loves playing LS right, well, guess the banner hammer is coming my way.

Yea I don't really know what you're saying but the statement "up to 16" is technically correct in this sense. Some people have 16, others don't. So the term, up to 16, is correct. Same thing as saying things are "up to 60 percent off" at a store if only one item is on sale.

I accept where you are coming from, this is not a dispute about how the wording is stipulated, it is how it is perceived, I know where you are coming from.

I believe you need to go and educate your perception based on Website rules and Laws governing either country or state the designer has created their site and their own disclaimer rights. It is so fickle it is unbelievable, but, from what Kevin posted to Paparick and actually looking at the LAW in Kansas alone... the portal information is FALSE to the v1.32 update and legally speaking... it has to be changed. Prove this fact wrong in the State of Kansas.

EDIT: yeah, make more posts to get me banned for investigating the truth and posting in response to your sad excuse of technical BS.

EDIT2: I am not going to personally attack D2jsp rules and shit, I just want some form of universal confirmation of what has changed in the game for you and everyone else that play Ladder Slasher.

Glad I didn't delete any when I came back after a 6 year hiatus... I almost did to clean up.

So... change the portal? I mean I can read and the way it stands is misleading.

Came back for the guildies. Was hoping the lack of transparency from up above had changed, but somethings just don't I suppose.

Also, just read? It's not difficult? Cmon now... most of us are grown ass adults, many have spent countless hours and real money on this site. A little respect for your customer base goes a looooong way.

Sorry to any that got burned by this misleading info, only finding out after they deleted a character that something hidden has changed. That's a bummer.

Exactly, just a liiiitle bit of respect towards customers would be great here, it really takes minimum time and effort to either update the portal or make a public post acknowledging that it’s a bug and that he’s going to fix it eventually, then we’d all stop talking about it. It’s embarrassing really lol
