I can't believe why people are voting no. It's simply a quality of life upgrade for everyone an optional. Why wouldn't you want it available? Because the game is already easy? That's a terrible reason.

Like pwb3 said. The game is easy when you have the best gear available. If you have a 100 ee weapon and 100 ee armor things are much much different.

Ladder slasher isn't supposed to be easy or hard necessarily it's supposed to be viable. If people are literally risking their lives in hc to get to MQ, having this option allows them to play more and helps the community to grow. By allowing easy mode after lvl 71 you're not making the game easier, you're making it less likely for people to die on hardcore. We are clicking on pictures here people, difficulty never was the question at hand.

I still like HH more than monk it could just be the fact Im missing an mq padded robe though with a nice 200+ee tank robe Im sure it would be monk due to TD detection.

You do not play duo. Duo is not the same as 5-man team, or even solo.

Bufcore? Nobody who just started out wants to play fucking bufcore. Where is the fun in spending a month getting to 71?
I mean, sure, it was fun when the ladder was brand new, because everyone else was starting out from scratch just like you.
But... it's different now... you're spending a month to get to 71 while everyone else is getting to 71 in 2 hours... not fun.

Well, if you would play more than 1 MQ per year you would actually realize that your statement is completely wrong. Please do yourself a favor and check the experience ladder in both cores. There are a lot of people climbing with average gear who seem to have no problem at all.

You are going all vita with a useless 100ee padded robe and a heavily outdated dagger at level 52 and wondering why you cannot progress more quickly. So instead of thinking about it or asking for help from more experienced players you assume that the game is too hard and needs to be made more easy.

In all your spite you forget or overlook that Paul is reading the forum and all he ever gets is a bunch of inactive people crying and thinking they could do the game better.

I think it would be fine to allow easy mode. It's the players choice then if he prefer higher safety or chance of item drops (caused by more or less EPs)
