I understand you're upset but I assure you every other game does not have this.

I said every game I have played:

Fortnite
Hex
POE (I believe but it has been awhile)
MLB The Show

In a game with customer support it would happen. But Paul has made it clear we are not customers simply a fg sink and random bugs deleting items we spent $100s of dollars worth of fg on is the quickest way to sink that gold. He restored items once for some unlucky HC players, but never again. Oh well he has told me 100s of times he doesn't want me playing this game by not letting me pass monk... now he has just resorted to deleting my items.

Paul doesn't control pass rates. It's all random right. T hat is just pure bad luck. Now the customer support aspect is really important. He does log in every day and is active on d2jsp. Just send him a few pms. If he doesn't answer the first one send him another one. At least you'll get an answer. The community is so small that it really shouldn't take him much time @@

Fact of the matter is... if he gives him a rollback, he'll be kind of entitled to grant everybody else rollbacks on shrined items that he's told no to in the past. I mean as the owner he wouldn't "have" to but... would be pretty much bullshit.

Sorry for your loss m8 I know there's a couple people that woulda happily took out a second mortgage to buy that charm

Maybe he should put a fee to rollback... say 5k fg, it would roll back to the last time logged on that character.

I know, I was joking at the fact that the game basically told me not to play it over and over again and I should have listened earlier.

I never asked for a rollback (as i know it would never happen, because Paul doesn't care ... I'll have to find another way to compensate Safmy probably out of my own pocket), rather procedures to be put in place to prevent such things in the future along the lines of:

*Locking of the shrine as Darkhunter suggested
*Prompting of the shrine before deletion
*Flat out removal of LS Mobile if you aren't going to fix major bugs with it like this

Although I already know nothing will happen and I will get no response. So this thread is pointless just like every other suggestion thread in here. At the very least it will serve as the warning for someone else in the future who might have the idea to use such a broken platform with an expensive item.

Tried it on mobile few days ago. Couldnt cast with my mage. Never again. The mobile is crap shit

There should be a "Are you sure to delete this item" button with items over 100ee

what about all the int staffs and stat armors/charms, though?

Never the expansion pack, just the original version for a few seasons. It was so long ago that I couldn't speak for it. I never remember losing anything by deletion... did lose a few things trying to transfer mid game.
