Personal Opinion:

No... pure and simple people are trying to get something back in the game because it was more beneficial for themselves (faster levels solo'ing).
Personally.. you can solo just as it is... you do not like the speed in which it takes to level, but, you don't complain about
the drops that people have been getting from it... take a proper look at the past arena to the cata solo'ing and the drops.
I have seen more and better items solo'ing (mostly HC) than the old Arena days. Prove me wrong, I may not have been here
as long as others.

Note: the increase of drops have improved since the first update with Arena being removed.
