Definitely not seeing this behavior, and nothing should have been changed to cause such an issue. Please make sure your flash version is up to date.

The vault bug will be fixed once LS restarts in a minute here. Thanks

does it refer to the numerical value of the experience from finishing a skill vs the % of the 'proficiency'? the wording of the quote suggests one goes up while the other doesnt.

o, mebe im doin it wrong? im fishing at my lvl and dont get any exp for fish caught at my lvl

glyph above my lvl doesnt give any exp either

It will give a very small amount, you won't actually see the exp bar move.

Check your total experience (the number not %) and then watch it after you skill. Goes up a little bit!

you dont get 1% for doing one, check you xp even if its ~xxxxxx2
and do another glyph/fish and see the difference
