Hard to making truith. BUT!
You guys who said "Iso arena back or better solo drops in cata, etc" didn't realised, Ladder Slasher was made to teamplay & for guilds. And for the race of guilds. And to a better race you all need to play as a team. Everything about gps/teams now & not about personal benefits. This is the situation atm (and probably it's "as was originally intended"

).
Anyhow, this is my opinion. And you like it or not, it's your lookout.

imo it was designed to be simple and straight forward, and pure hack and slash fun:
http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=3772920&f=28however, im not complaining about the progress the game is going through.
BUT for a big part of the players it is still a game they would like to play everytime they have a few minutes of time. may it be at work in their 5 minute coffee break, while learning for university and needing a few minutes off, or while their kids take a 30 minute nap and housework is already done.
since the player base is too small to provide a group on every level you can hop in for a few minutes and leave again, there should be a valid way to enjoy the game as a solo experience aswell IMO.
as much as the concept of immunities (also against certain melee weapons) will hurt my equipment, i think it is the way to make group play more appealing without punishing solo play too much.
if the only possibility to complete certain quests is a well balanced group, and the rewards for the quests are drastically increased so that more people are willing to complete all of them instead of dodging quests where ever they can, it is a way better method to encourage team play then by punishing solo play with extremely slow progress and nonexistant drops

this is how it looks right now.

so players who happen to live in bad timezones or like to play at different times should level 5 times slower?
