Great guide. A lot of thought went in to it and it shows.
It is preferenced that the hybrid melee heals. You may also be suprised to hear that you don't really need to heal in a really high end group. Basically, the mobs can't do dmg when they instantly die to MegaCrits. Believe it or not, when our speed climbs are done, the first heal isn't made until we are about level 45 or so and it's just a few heals cast per level. The higher end the group the less of the importance of a dedicated / quality healer... (For this reason a hybrid melee can get away with a few lower quality heals and not bother the cata casters)

The formula is plain and simple and used for a quick general estimation. No need to complicate things with a multitude of variables, etc nor continually spam my thread with the point. Most ppl generally equate 1int=iee. Leave it at that for we all know the ratio is curved and not 100% linear...
