its not, ur mana costs are too low, u should know about balanced cards if u are judge.

u have two options now...
1: increase mana cost
2: nerf it by restrictions like "can only target caster cards"

LoL there isnt a nerf in cards. No card can be balanced to another card.. Hence Time spiral and Onslaught block.
