doesn't change the fact that before 1.18 it was still faster to cast climb at higher lvl than it was to melee, even if you got higher chains on melee

Up until I just tried doing some wells the only difference I really noticed was that it took me more hits to kill monsters, but I was still getting the same number of chains per regen. Unfortunately now I can't do wells on my monk caster because I run out of mana more than 50% of the time, whereas before 1.18 I never ran out of mana.

Try Hybrid, instead of pure caster. And I guarantee you will have more luck with your wells.

I bold everything I type... as for an actual response, hyrbid gear is expensive and hard to come by, not everyone can be as gawdly as you sir

Ya, melee was worse, made some of the best gear in the game worthless overnight :lol:
