i do know that difference - regarding the stats (like you explained) - i was just sure that those "overspawns" were removed too...

ehm... my friend please enlighten me about the specific numbers that you are referring to! ofc there is and was no such item that gave me 0.5% of xp at rank 20->21 and none that was even close to it!
the highest xp i got was this one here: 67ae (0.32%) when i muted a legendary tier VI item and got an angelic essence from it (at rank 20->21)
the highest overall xp count was this: 73re (0.91%) for a rare tier IV item on rank 7->8 and 73mye (0.52%) for an angelic tier V item on rank 13->14
those were just the peaks that occured once and not at a more frequent basis...

all my numbers arent cheated or made up (why else would i post them then, since i know you went through it too and even further)!
before you criticize any of the information that i provided (which is legitimate), you should ask me first how these numbers came up and what they stand for...
it seems you havent quite understood the meaning of them...
