I know people used it for farming to some degree...but now it seems hard to make FG to buy/upgrade your characters gear.

How many items do you think that you'll actually find that are going to be really good or good enough to make a decent profit? My guess is not very many. I've seen many threads about people running catas or solo in arena for xx amount of climbs with no good drops. I guess people will have to rely on no maze caats and hope for decent drops.

muting was a great part of the game in my opinion. Maybe a some kind of change would be good to make it more difficult than it used to be, but this much of a drastic change? It seems like overkill....

anywho I'm still going to play LS, but if this is really how muting is going to be...screw that. That's wayyyyyy too much time and effort to be spent on a video game. And with how random these updates are...I can see people who are going to put in the time and effort for the new muting system, and then possibly finding themselevs being screwed over in future updates.

My opinion:

I earlier had ambition to mute; now I have none.

the best item ive ever found was climbing granted it only sold for 1.7k it is still my best to date and i was only lvl 45 or so and in maze cata while climbing (the main part of the game)

also there is no need for even more insanely good items coming into an already flooded market, lets face it before this update people were complaining left and right about the flooded market and now that paul has done pretty much the only thing that could be done at this point to control the supply everyone again complains

its a lose-lose situation, but in the end this update is for the better whether people can see it now or not

I actually like the update, I meant... Earlier today... I had ambition to mute. I am rank 2 in proficiency. Now I find out it will take over a year lol.

omfg, its gonna take at least 2-3 years with my attitude for this ^^ haha

Who knows. You may come back to it. You can always mute while you are doing HW or watching tv. Tape works great on the down arrow key.

All i can say is: I hope its only a bad dream i loved to mute ...yeah so much...to find my items at higher level and then check my mules if i have a match...that made me happy everytime...i love muting like it was .. I know its Paul Game - he can do what he think is the best for the Game...

But i miss it so much ...its not the game now that made me so addicted...

I dont believe, but i hope this new version will be fixed soon...everyone can make a mistake, and this new System is a big mistake

Many People leave as i see...some of our guild sell all the items ...many ppl sell now their items, its sad to see...

Its not that i needed FG, i made many FG with muteables ...may be 400 000 or more...but i spend it again and again in mutes...i loved it ...

its senseless that i post it here, but i wish its only a bad dream

you guys are such downers... you just have to keep your eye on the prize
its going to take anyone and everyone a long time to reach the ability to mute high level items
the first few that can mute higher tiered items are going to get RICH
think about... the high lvl mutes will be soooo cheap because there is no demand except for the 1 or 2 people that recognize the potential of muting

They might get rich after they are able to mute high lvl items but they have to become poor first.

Muting is a rich mans game. I may be rich at times but I am cheap.

you have to invest to earn in LS, thats the way its been
but right now, muting is anyones game, most certainly not a rich mans game
you can reroll a lvl 1 char as many times as you want and farm tier1 items to mute - its easy
