i think he means that; say its +2 to vit in the Acc. it wont work but if its say 22% ee and ur heal does 100-100 it will do 122-122 in the Acc. slot, which is then halved to 62-62

I've never been able to get my charm to heal or even use mana. I get booted from ladder slasher when i try to use a healing charm on myself. This happens instantly if i click my name or hp twice in succession.
