Well if I was xfering an expansive item, I would put it up for a high to semi high price, and let my xfering partner buy it and then I would send the fg back to him and vice versa. Its true that you would have to pay a high fee, but its worth it.

Everyone xfers. Think about your next post long and hard if you really feel that this guild and the members who lost things recently are the only ones that xfer. rolleyes.gif

Look everyone, it was my charm that was taken while being xfer'd from a friend.

I know this is something that everyone is pissed at, but like Paul said. He isnt going to change anything.

So lets just put this behind us. and Think of something that we could do to make this a better community ourselves rather than have to rely on Paul.

So which fool didn't pass it up? Same not-fool that bought the other things? Is it unimportant?

41 members viewing the thread. At last, this gets the attention it deserves. Not to change the rules or change your stance on anything Paul, but to maybe show everyone, including us, that this game is different now and there's no point in playing it like we used to.

One character to hold all the items a person could desire. It's the only thing that's safe.

I see absolutely no indication that this purchase was made by a person that got previous items as well, unless you sold them all at ridiculously low prices. tongue.gif

Look, the bottom line is, you took a HUGE gamble and you blew it. That's like going all in on a game of blackjack, and flopping.

Again, count all the transfers done by you, and everyone else, then count the times items do get nabbed. It's pretty damn rare, but it is a risk you always will take if you want to transfer.

If I put my best item up on the Market, would like my friend to test it, for 10k FG, I'm sure someone would buy that, too.

Jay, you know that ain't true. You post an item xfer for 5k, the odds of someone, in less then 3 seconds mind you, finding item, recognize what the item is, and consider the 5k price tag, then buy it, is slim to none. 5k may be a steep xfer, but it is a way around the sniping. Again, 5k is just a number for a very high-end item.

It doesn't even matter. I know people (and guilds) that still "transfer" their items at 1.1fg. It doesn't matter if it's up for 100. If I put my best item up on the Market, would like my friend to test it, for 10k FG, I'm sure someone would buy that, too.

Like I said, if nothing else, this is just the reminder to all. Stop making multiple characters, only buy what you can use to the fullest, because there is no safe way to play this game by preparing yourself to be efficient, because you can only hold items on one character. The only safe way, I'm afraid.

it does matter, almost everyone here has 5fg and sure they gonna spend it if they can make an outstanding deal
but if we are talking about K's not many of us have I'm sure some not-that-rich guy just noticed it from mp and thought like "Omg, this will work better than my 32ee one"

@Paul well since it was placed for 5fg I agree it was a gamble that was lost. He could've put that for 10k also

The person who bought it still may come forward. In fact, he's reading this thread. tongue.gif However, I will not give him away, it was his purchase, and it was a legit purchase as far as the game is concerned.

I will always fight the true problems, if there is someone botting, I ban them (which I have done to numerous people lately). In this case, I see no indication that a shop bot was used, so there's really nothing else I can do.
