You can buy fgs if you wan t to best items for sure
But you can build decent just by solo self found , will be long and hard but possible

I agree with this. Ive been randomly playing HC and only spent 50fg on gear. Which I obtained by selling all the white items I collected.
I have a samurai. And a 100ee sword.. and I can farm whites.. ive actually made like 200fg just playing from nothing.
If I were to purchase fg or spend what I have on it, it ofc would be faster. But its totally possible to collect and farm sellable items. Just fairly slow

1 make 1 of each class or more then 1 char to mule items to with market place..
2 learn how to search items on mp
3 roll a dooby and try to cata some
4 have fun chilling and learn as you go.
5 figure rest out on your own fvcking morons.... just joke lol gl

You should be transmuting Tier 1 magical/rare at LVL 0.
Unless there's a faster transmuting event where you could go higher.
