I started playing this Ladder Slasher game just yesterday, and I've played this before when it was just text based and less flash-based. It seems everything has gotten more complicated, with more clicking when wanting to transmute and whatnot. I'm just looking for a mentor who will help guide me into the master-arts of LS'ing per se. I play on standard core, and would like some help through all of this. Thanks guys!

Hey, I'm just starting to play LS seriously, I've tried it in the past but I never really understood it.

Starting with no fg is going to be difficult so any help in catas or something would be great, thanks.

try to get 90dex with your gear, the rest stats go into strength
no points into vita, no points into int, since you won't play as hybrid

catas are the best choice for the first climb without spending much fg
=> try to be atleast a good tanker so you dont get kicked that fast at higher lvls

since you play with a fighter go for

ee weapons you can use
ee armors (plates/chains/scales/lether)
dex charms

thats definitly the best and cheapest way to start off
