So what you are saying is mute prof is based on how long it takes me to mute an item into an ess and not the tier and magic level of the item that is being muted?
I dunno about that. /edit but I don’t quite understand the 2nd part of your reply... unless you have high enough rank for the ess
Faster muting would be same as faster fishing/cooking right? The bar you want to finish does it faster before the other bar fux you....
Like right now with the faster fishing event, at the level I normally fish at and need to hit snag button 2-3 times a fish, now I can just click and hold reel and always beat the snag bar.
Is it different for transmuting?
All skilling is based on how long an item takes.
It wont give you more prof if you just hold down stabilize for 1hr.
But technically you get the exact same prof/h, it just costs you more items.
Since the update where essences became sellable (the insta mute - for everyone) these events are actually really good.
So the faster you mute you can make more fg pretty much (at least for the higher level skillers) but the lower ones get more prof compared to what we did when we were on lower levels.
