scale and leather have their benefit solely based off of your characters int or vita as to which would benefit u more. most have more vit and int so the extra caster defense from leathers would make them better tankers

I agree. Wish everyone else did, maybe we would see a category for each armor type instead of just group them together.

Meh, in a perfect world it might be that way. Oh well, not losing sleep over it, until then I will settle for 2nd best.




All the more reason to have separate categories, this could be spun/argued the other direction as well of course.

hey!!! i once suggested to group them up due to space issues in the old topic and because they are quite similar groupwise.
but i do agree, that it might not be needed anymore...

tetsu's has more EE, but the Vita sword is much better. The ee is almost the same and with the tank bonuses the other sword is definitely better imo.

both of those lvl 50 swords are very nice, but Floppy is right.

This one should be the new best with the current ratios.

Look at the stat values on the first page of this thread:

10str
1 str = 0.75ee

So, 10*0.75 = 7.5ee

Therefore, that sword = 232.5ee

Personally I'd prefer the lvl 50 ee/vita sword for tanking reasons. However not everybody tanks (or has a tanking armor set) so it just depends on your play style and preference)

...but if this list is based purely on ee%, tetsu has the new "best" lvl 50.
