Still amazed that you can find tier I maps at that level. Having lowest tier being removed as drops at some levels wouldn't hurt i think.
f.e at lvl 45 tier I stops being dropped, lvl 55 tier II stop being dropped, etc.

That would be more than fair to take away some of the crap tiers from the pool
