I’d rather max Jub than any of the random side mods... you will find a person interested in a plain 14jub staff much faster than a plain 14ls staff.

The high rolling masteries are what really irk me... I wish they could have just been introduced as elemental mastery instead of 5 separate mods.

Don't think % MD has any effect to welling mobs... they are spawned by the item, not the event.
Think NR1 pointed this out awhile ago with other things also.

EDIT: btw... if I had a monk when I came back when the 94.44% MD was there, I would have played them, I am not assuming shit sad sack, and I am not all knowing ... only reason why my Monks (currently have not been used) is because I have been more active on Bufcore... going for 3rd MQ ... so bite me for playing down and using self found gear.

Thanks for the info! And assuming accurate, I'll have to go back to "more drops of higher tiers" being the only positive I've seen about MD.

So yeah, capping the nerf has been great! Thanks we love you!

42 jub would be super. Combination of jub and skilling 1-71 is OP. Does Jub and/or skilling work after 71 though to continue leveling?

Are we sure the MD isnt applied still though? The item level sets the monster level but I dont think that necessarily means the MD cant buff it up to be a stronger mob of the same level it was. It might just be that you had already overleveled the monster spawned and couldnt notice the increase in its power due to how much stronger you are. I didnt see the post from NR1 before though..

Neither skilling nor jub work after 71 sadly. Its something that should really be fixed. It would make the skilling xp events much more useful. Who wants to skill to 71 then have to climb another 10-15lvls. Skipping the fun levels and starting on the annoying levels seems a little wack.

I went back like 50 odd pages skimming comments, could not find anything and gave up... maybe I am wrong, but I think either NR1 or Paul could clarify this.

So....MD event...yea I aint got the best top gear but have no problem with the event being in place or it hitting 100% difficulty.

I know its an unpopular oponion but sharing it cuz I see alot of one-sided thought that claims everyone hates it.... but hey I barely even care about MQ....

From the product side I understand the change though....if you see some feature is decreasing usage stats, the product owner/mngr is going to remove that feature.

Given you're still on feeder, and haven't attempted to run an MD event on classes that require you to go to say 79, like I'm going to, and haven't experienced regular mobs hitting you for 2K+ dmg (let alone the EPs), and maybe aren't familiar that ez mode 71+ doesn't reduce white mobs at all, can still spawn at 3...

Yeah, I might recommend go ahead and play it up a bit farther before casting judgement. Into the 40's and 50's, even 60's, assuming you have semi-decent gear, it's mostly fine.

Put yourself on a robe class and go into the late 70s, and the powercreep is quite crazy. But as I said, try it out, see what you think after rolling it a couple times. :)

On the contrary my opinion counts.
This isn't my first season, not my first MQ and not my first MD event....

Admittedly I play this game differently than most....and you are welcome to cryhard over MD, just pointing out that NOT EVERYONE is cryhard over it.

EDIT: Thinking on it and your points it is even GAME BALANCING as it more adversely impacts the later classes giving others who feed up slower on average an "advantage" so to speak to catch up to the players who are beaming ahead down the class chain.
