well it's owned by jsinv and it has magic luck only once

also if you get a spear with like say 50 ee at T3

and then a 40 ee one with 11 dex wich is better?

because i found a 51 ee one with like 8 dex

51 ee 8 dex = 51 ee + (8 * 0.9 EE) = 51+7.2 ~~ 58 EE
