I came back from retirement some weeks ago so sorry for the lame question.

In this case Increased Monster Difficulty means that, for example, a lvl 55 monster is 89.19% stronger/harder than the usual ones? If so, are the rewards better? by rewards i mean drop chance and experience/proficience gain.
