Magic Luck effectiveness is misleading.

Think about it, Life Steal got nerfed drastically when Paul realised that 1% life steal was Overpowered and he changed it, but the wording remained (1% Life Steal)... so you can NOT try to figure out what Magic Luck Effectiveness could mean in relation to %.

Imagine if it was a Heavy Weapon (most likely a Warhammer or Longsword).

ahhh damn. pretty good events lately, this one seems mostly just annoying. 70% more tier 1 ice charms from chests and mobs with an annoying amount of hp.
