Welling armor? ee for defense vs well tier item... and the rest?

EDIT: yup.. I would use that with my level 25 charm (7ml) while well and benefit with the +3 CS... :D

I agree with ches.. armor is definitely a fail because just think if that was 150ee or 250ee. Id be in heaven. Sad miss on potential made it a fail.

It was probably on softcore which means its probably not worth much which makes it even more of a fail due to lost potential
