Even the noobest of noob can use this to full potential! Everyone is all about raising their profs but if you just buy good enough gear you dont need profs to max damage

? A perfect single tier overspawn is max capped 0 prof ee Cheeya. Going higher than 80 ee on a tier III doesn’t matter. To beat this sword (for the SC’s best list which is what Meridius is referring to I’m sure) here are a couple of examples that I could hope to find:

+80% Enhanced Effect
+19 Strength

Or

+76% Enhanced Effect

I would suggest u dont do maps you outlevel cuz you loose value !
(Tier3 is lvl25 cap and u said u were 29 when it dropped)
Loot kinda gets trash when u outlevel the map.

Pretty much this... mind you the TierIII map could have had +5 (or more) Cap level, which would make perfect sense to stay in the map.
