thats what he alrdy knows, and is not saying...increasing the tier spawn = higher stats

true, according to the faq it just not state that you get higher magical levels on an item, which I have seen some people think.
I have welled a lvl 20 axe with 140ee with 35 ish ml. Don't know if it was the ml og the l only

will never know, it be only a magic makes it even hard to consider, unless u was a few tds down to get that

wrong, the only thing ML does is increase the magical type of an item, not the stats.
