Well yes when your highest level is 5 and all you are getting is lvl 1 gear then it must be trash for you! This game takes time kiddo. Perhaps get to 55 and above, slap on some magic luck gear, then see how your luck turns

Agree friend, even 15% of 18 ML is only +3 ML

My only item drops have come wearing no ML, I wear ML and trash drops. Plus best drop in 10 years 242 ee 55 ice on hardcore dropped with no ML on

If you have 10 mL, the 3% won't increase your mL any.

From what I've seen in this game with numbers, all numbers get rounded down. So I expect the same for mL too.

It needs to be at least 10% to make any real difference.. and even then, you need to have a lot of mL on gear. Not realistic for climbs (most climbing gear has no mL)
