Flashing ability sounds like you are holding down shift / control. In the new version, it's more like a toggle switch press it once then your next attack will be the ability.

correct.

There is no more "hold" down your hotkey.. it is press it once to "enable" it and press it again to "de-activate" it. Basically do NOT hold down the hotkey anymore.
Note: when you press it once or click it, the icon will turn red in colour, this means the next action will be that ability [dependent on attack / heal etc]

Same here, but my guildie BlackFire has the same issue as IZ

Having a hard time hitting the skill buttons and the back/forward arrows while in a group on my phone. Anyway to make those slightly bigger? I have a note 3 so my screen is large compared to many. I have fat fingers :cry:

Reproduced it a few times today. Just pass lead to someone while in catacombs. Arrows stay for the previous driver.
Unable to attack on anything that the arrows cover. Fix is to log off char.
