I’ll bet a gg 60/65 item dropped within the first 3 times item stat boost events happen, especially if those events are 15%+

I mean, the drop rates should not be high for these levels of items even to drop, much less drop with high stats... and it would ofc take a very long time for good ones to crop up, but the possibility of something incredible dropping is what makes the game so exciting to me. Adding an almost optional level of gear at lvl 60 or 65 where lvl 55 gear can often be just as competitive and wearable earlier if stats on them are spawned higher would be cool.
I’m also okay with no too. This is a long term game so all changes should make sense for the long term. As a side note... this would not only give more transmuting incentive, but I’m sure that there will be value in selling lvl 60/65 transmutables eventually ;)
