3 EP stunners or 3 normal stunners? You can blast away white stunners with an ability or w/e, but 3 EP stunners had me stunlocked for 6000 HP in solo mode last week :lol: I couldn't get a single attack or heal off during that time. In the past you usually had some openings, but with the increased ability rate, it is definitely a much bigger challenge these days ;) Even HC people aren't asking Paul to nerf monster abilities just because they're doing more now.

Anyway, you do have another option no one here mentioned because we all like the first few options better:

You can just use a stack of life fish and wear an attack charm of element 1 in main slot, and alternate element attack charm in R. Put your heal back in vault and eat the life fish... consider yourself a damage caster and don't worry about shrining your goodies if that's the problem :P

2 EP stunners is the most I've had at 70 since coming back to the game, 3 white stunners. As a softcore player, I don't worry about it. Were I on hardcore, the solution has been built into the game to prevent this eventuality:

Lol, I prefer to cast when I play solo, but I don't really like off-class casting too much... and Paul made it harder for me to fail feeder MQs to keep playing magician... To me, nothing's broken, and it's not like I don't solo cast :P

Nope Im on Bob's side for this. I think the way individual element immune monsters are broken as fuck for several reasons.

1. As Bob has said, there are literally times they cannot be killed. I have actually spent 2 full mana bars on a single one because there was either no break to the immunity which also means its basically getting fully healed every time I attempt to cast on it.

2. Unlike the general caster/melee immunes, the elemental immunes have no indication of when the skill is active or not. So essentially its just guessing and hoping its not active.

3. Why the fuck does fire have 2x monsters with immunity to it while EVERY OTHER ELEMENT HAS ONLY 1!



Something needs to be done because those abilities are beyond broken.

I remember the time I was laughed for saying monsters dont need cool down in their skills, game is easy. Well, look at this, yall are slowly coming around. With cooldowns, this wouldn't be that big of a deal. But hey what do I know.

Paul did put a cool down period on monster abilities, the difference between Goocidic (3-4 sec) and whats' his face (vs magical 3-4 sec) have the cooldown, whereas those monsters that are immune just have higher resistance to that element, thus it is not an ability or skill.

I think Paul found your opinion to be on the mark, even though people laughed at you.

Portal needs update information I think:

Looking at your comment, it would be this:
2x Fire Mastery
1x Immune ALL = Sinserical (spelling)

As for any other element mastery monsters, there are none that I could see in the portal, thus only 2 + Fire Mastery and 0 others.
