You can just use a stack of life fish and wear an attack charm of element 1 in main slot, and alternate element attack charm in R. Put your heal back in vault and eat the life fish... consider yourself a damage caster and don't worry about shrining your goodies if that's the problem :P
2 EP stunners is the most I've had at 70 since coming back to the game, 3 white stunners. As a softcore player, I don't worry about it. Were I on hardcore, the solution has been built into the game to prevent this eventuality:

And that's the point. Every point along the line where changes were made, balances were done to make sure it wouldn't cause undue hardship. Except for these cast immune things that you not only can't damage, but you end up actively healing.
As I said earlier on, my solution is simple, and does not involve gear switches: I will simply melee when I solo. With the exception of Alchemist, every class is a fully functional melee class, with Warlock being an absolutely beast melee/healer hybrid. I tried casting for fun. Doesn't matter if it was on monk or any other class, due to stupid unkillable white mobs, it wasn't fun.

Edit: For those messaging me to sell my caster gear, please stop. In group, especially with mixed elements, casters are still the ultimate. No, you may not have my gear. Leave me alone.
