completely depends who you talk to and who you climb with.
If you don't know who you should join then you dont need to leave yet, theoretically you can chat to mount olympus as there no difference to using their chat than to chat in anyone elses if you dont know who you want to chat to!

If you're after a PC in particular, you can try asking me. I get a pm every now and again for PC's and have no issue.

I dont think Ruthless is what you're looking for, there currently isnt even a guild chat for us.
What it did do is motivate me to do more climbs as its a very noticable bonus. saying this, i've made ~8k this season in drops (some of which unsold), which is like 5 times more than what i've earnt from GPs.
There's a nice feeling having knowledge of getting 50 fg++ per climb.
This motivation could cause you to try group climbing more often as its much faster. Having a tank in the front is usually appreciated.

For myself, i already knew whom i would speak to if i was to leave Ruthless based on who i talk to and who i climb with.
Still using the additional motivation at the moment though

Edit: also want to point out that although my last GP was 2 months ago, which is STILL more active than 80% of your guild, I am on here almost daily. But it’s all good...off to new ventures then.

Seems to me activity was not the main issue... The fact you would make your search for a new guild a public topic for people to weigh in on was. Loyalty means not making it public that you are searching for a new home
