The reason people say they only wanna drive half the climb is because they wanna slack and do other shit in the climb like all the other people who won’t drive.

Maybe this isn't about me because I'm noob, but I don't drive in group because everyone would just leave because I have to go to town a lot. I need to get new gear/shrine/etc. and it takes me longer than some, cuz I'm noob, and on my phone. So sure, I'm willing to drive, but it's too slow for everyone

Everyone should do their part no doubt. There are people who simply refuse to drive or leave the game if leader is sent to them. I have driven very little this season but I have driven. Some people just don't drive.

Internet connection is a HUGE factor. People who live in the U.S. and Canada have quick pings and can use their abiliies very quickly before everyone else. 30 ping is a lot different than 100.


No one likes to drive. It's very annoying and it ties you down. You can't even scratch your face. Healing and driving isn't that bad. It's just annoying because you can't press "E" and "t" at the same time. The e will cancel out the T and the wave won't spawn. So you have to get used to it. Maybe we could make a suggestion to make driving and healing more viable ?

I keep seeing all these excuses. Bad internet, im bad at it, i dc alot, fact of the matter is everyone experiences lag in this game and I too get dc’d occasionally while driving. Simply refresh and assume the leader position. Not hard. It seriously doesnt bother me all that much to be the driver 99% of the time the part that bothers me is that someone WONT drive even that other 1% of the time and instead of owning it and saying “im lazy and need you to carry me” they drop an excuse like “muh intrrnet” or “i suck at pressing t”. I mean all last season I watched Dennis or Slush drive in every single climb. I started to try and take those reigns from them because I know its cancer to do it all the time and they were helping me to climb so damn much I felt like I was obligated to help out. So here I an this season Dennis is on a siesta and Slush drives when he is around to climb but more often than not its me driving and carrying at least one or two people who literally have no duty but to click and they seemingly suck at that too and thats when it gets me pissed off. If im going to drive your ass better have 3500 actions if all you have to do is click.

Tl;dr stop with the reasons why you dont drive, take the wheel. We all lag and drop here and there. And for those enabling people using these excuses shame on you. If you arent going to be part of the solution than you are contributing to the problem. Time to start min maxing the scrubs out and let them hodge podge their own climbs together so they can see how cancerous a 1hr45 whistle climb is while we slam out 50m whistle climbs.

I really haven’t seen anyone refusing to drive AT ALL, maybe 1-2 guys in like 35 climbs or so

But yea no excuse to refuse when directly asked more than once you’re totally right on that

Fun is for Feeder-Headhunter. Im in efficiency mode now so I will probably just continue to drive the majority of my climbs. I want to reset this mofo now. Time to beat this damn game!
