It's very obvious this isn't going to be accepted
. It has been brought up more than twice in the past 2 years and it's getting a ton of no votes. I believe it was commented at one point that it would never happen.
Logically it doesn't make sense to have it because the monsters do X amount of damage to provide a certain amount of difficulty. If you're taking less damage, Paul will just have to increase the amount of damage that the mobs do so that the experience is similar. Not too hard but not too easy. It's completely irrelevant. Asking for this is the same as asking for Paul to nerf the damage of the monsters. It's not going to happen.
Imagine getting passive prof just from afking in climbs? Imagine everyone fighting over who is going to tank? Imagine tank armors not being used anymore because everyone wants to off-tank and gain more prof. Imagine taking less damage and then Paul reworking the monster damage so that you end up taking the same amount in the end. Other types of proficiencies could be nice. This one would not be.
Let's get those 24 hour bumps though.
