Id like to go for an item that can be used on any character, main slot heal charm.

Heal
280ee
70 HM
70 dex
70 str

Thing is this... 1 item is not going to be the best.

The best is all items that can benefit the build type you have.

If you solo, you may want healing capabilities, thus you may want Int + HM on 3 items in conjunction to Damage Stats and Enhanced Effect for the weapon.

If you go pure dmg, you may want to only group play, go pure dmg, thus your weapon / armor / main charm relies mostly on stats / CS / LPA / LPK etc.

The best item is what you can use it with in combination to what you have available... otherwise you will just dream of what you can get, but, never get it.

Spear = EE / Int / Dex / HM (for my builds)
Padded Robe = Dex / Int / HM / Max Life
Main Charm = Dex / Int / HM / Max Life (or if Heal Charm: EE / Int / HM / Dex)

But then, there have been a few changes to the game, and maybe the above is not enough solo'ing Hardcore...



Never seen a PERFECT level 55 item (Angelic) drop at all.
No use dreaming / fantasising about something that won't drop in game.
