Just a dumb question but... would 1-hit owning a mob with powercast/strike classify that mob as being weak? Or is that just a silly hunch and the only real mob scaling would be normals being "easier" than say wells / evils / objectives.

amigo, i dunno.  it's theory that really bothered me this morning that remains untested by myself.  My theory was that it was based on recorded click to kill a monster as it's obvious that lower geared/new players need to click a mob more to kill it.  Hence, that's an easy way to calculate ones "eliteness" and use that as a means to "weight" the drops.

Yeah, leticia was actually abusing the bug on 2/7, and FlooR did it on 2/9.

I'm sure they abused the bug that was fixed in December, in February. It seems like this is pretty close to the logic you were using when you discovered this mod, tbh. Dat engineering logic at work!

kill speed has no bearing for sure, people load up with ml gear and kills take longer with no different success.

ill test it a bit and kill the next eps with abilities... if i come to the conclusion, that i still get many and high items the shit mod doesnt exist in this manner^^

Let me explain further by saying: When I powercast on a EP for the kill I seem to get more tier I/II items vs when I dont use skills and kill I get more items that are around my level.
