I was kicked on a daily basis back in the day, now I'm not. I only rage when I get kicked after getting invited

@ OP: Be realistic... this is a game, you can choose (for the most part) who you wish to play with, if anyone. If you get kicked or asked to leave a group, don't take offense to it, simply say
"Ok, good luck" and make your own run. People will join, and if they aren't up to your liking you then have the power to remove them.

You could also just be spiteful and kick everyone that joins and laugh in a low evil tone.
