If it meant that we needed to pause progress of the game for a week for Paul to spend some time making the information available, many users would be more than alright with it.
Some of it is not available (was not logged at the time). Some of it cannot be retrieved and displayed in a way that wouldn't be detrimental to site performance. Historical data from members no longer in the guild, or from all of the guild hopping will not be available in any automated fashion. You will have to track that yourself if you are interested. Sorry.
