If it's a nonguild game, set the rules before welling and HOPE everyone abides. If something worth 10k+ drops, there is nothing you can really do if someone snipes it :(

I only well in guild only. The person who throws the well gets his item back and the sides are open for anyone to click. We follow this rule religiously. However, if SuioMdl has a sexy drop the guild has decided to snipe his. He's found 2 items in the past week worth 10k+ and 20k+... ;)
